Complete and send us the form with the required documents as listed below:
Validity of Umrah visas ranges between Three and One month from date of issue.
Maximum stay is Thirty days from date of entry into Saudi Arabia.
Requirements for Hajj & Umrah Visas
- One application form duly completed and signed by the applicant in Block letters using Black ink only.
- A passport valid for at least 6 months.
- Two Passport-sized coloured photograph affixed to the application form.
- A confirmed return airline ticket to Saudi Arabia, returning to UK or any other destination. Point of entry and departure must be Jeddah or Medinah.
- A Meningitis immunisation certificate of ACWY. (Pilgrims must have their immunisation at least 10 days before travelling).
- Children aged one year and over and travelling on a parents passport must have their photograph affixed to the passport and endorsed by the authority concerned. Their photograph must be affixed to the application form.
- All females should be accompanied by a Mehram, husband, father, uncle, adult son, brother, nephew. The accompanying Mehram must be at least 16 years old.
- All non-UK passport holders must have permanent residency in the UK.
All Umrah performers must leave Saudi Arabia by the 15th of Shawal in accordance to Hejriah calendar of each year.
